| My first speech was written by a professional speech writer for my Bar Mitzvah at age 13. The version I read included pauses and emphasis on certain words. I brought down the house... of worship. My guests loved it. (And I was coincidentally paid for my performance.) It's possibly what first sparked my interest in being a professional speaker. |
